It was established on November 14, 2014 and subsequently integrated by a group of managers and entrepreneurs (both financial and industrial), with an acknowledged Know-How in the sector, to realize the corporate project “Development projects and Italian Hospitality”.

Mission

The industrial objective is to build in the medium term an important player and an aggregator of the hotel and hospitality sector, focused on promoting innovative development and enhancement projects in the hospitality sector.
From the 4-star hotels (business and leisure), to the Residences as to other settlements and residential areas (apartments and resorts) with a “integrated production chain” approach to development which, starting from the design, controls all the different operational phases (construction and start-up ) up to the management and marketing of the product.

Not conforming to the usual methods or models but seeking a new path of development, sustainable and valuable.

This is the philosophy with which the group of managers and entrepreneurs of Hotel, Design and Real Estate sector, participants in the Borghotel project intend to promote, based to their personal and sector experiences, a new concept of settlement and Italian hospitality (hotels , residence and apart-hotel) with the BORGHOTEL brand.

The experience of leading national and international organizations has allowed the Broghotel entrepreneurs to propose a globalized industrial model that, taking into consideration the criticalities detected, is able to combine the different components of a development plan and an Hospitality system able to minimize (if not eliminate) risks, filling a gap of demand in this business, from which, thanks to an integrated industrial system, extracting excellent economic results from the production cycle.

AND THROUGH AN INTEGRATED APPROACH to the RECEPTION SECTOR and REAL ESTATE : Identification of Areas, Design, Construction, Start-up and Income of Hotel Facilities with the commercialization of the hotel structure and the consistent and constant alignment of all these components or implementation phases of the project for the establishment and/or restructuring and relaunching of a reality already existing.

EVERYTHING SUPPORTED BY THE CONSTRUCTION OF A FINANCIAL MODEL which produces value for investors.
